Which Forms for Citizenship?

Over 25 million Italians have emigrated between 1861 and 1960 with a migration boom between 1871 and 1915 when over 13,5 million emigrants left the country for European and overseas destinations.

Which Forms for Citizenship?

Post by James Graham »

I'll be going through my mother and grandfather to be recognized.
Both my mother and grandfather are deceased.
I know Form 1. The others I am unsure?
I could wait to do it at the consulate but rather have it all done beforehand.

Thanks,
Jim

You will need to complete a form 2, "Declaration of Applicant" (did not renounce Italian citizenship) and a form 4's for both your mother and grandfather.(did not renounce Italian citizenship )Along with the Application (form 1), they are signed before a consular officer.
