Naturalization Records

Over 25 million Italians have emigrated between 1861 and 1960 with a migration boom between 1871 and 1915 when over 13,5 million emigrants left the country for European and overseas destinations.

Naturalization Records

Post by tiffanysava »

I am trying to find Naturalization Records for my great grandparents. I have their names, approx birth dates, where they came from as well as the approx date they arrived but do not know where they landed once they arrived. Does anyone have any suggestions on where I can locate these records?

This is the information I got off of the censuses
Thomas Savastano born 1887 immigrated 1900 from Sala, Italy
Ida Savastano (Petricione) born 1887 immigrated 1904

Thank you for any help you can give me.

Hello Tiffany!
How do you know Tommaso was from Sala?
Can you post the document that states this?
And what "Sala" is it? (There are a lot in Italy)
