Jure Sanguinis/Linguaglossa Comune question

Over 25 million Italians have emigrated between 1861 and 1960 with a migration boom between 1871 and 1915 when over 13,5 million emigrants left the country for European and overseas destinations.

Jure Sanguinis/Linguaglossa Comune question

Post by kr0ssk0untry »

Hi. According to the Philly consulate, all documentation I had was mailed in January of 2014. I haven't heard anything since then. A cousin, who is following the same family line, and another friend have both applied via Jure Sanguinis, and received their documents quicker than I've been waiting. I'm wondering how long can the waits be, and does anyone have any contact info for the Comune in Linguaglossa or someone else that can help? I was given an email by the Philly consulate, ( comune.linguaglossa@pec.it. ) but my messages are returned undeliverable. The contact page on the Comune website doesn't work either. So I sent a regular letter about 2 months ago. Any input is appreciated. Thank you.
