The date on top of the page is December 20th, 3rd Indiction, 94.
The third indiction was from September 1st, 1694 to August 31, 1695
So the date is December 20th, 1694 and the baptism date of your ancestor is December 28th, 1694.

No. But the 3 initial letters at the end of the act for sure indicate the town. The first letter, the "h", means "huius" = from this [town] [name of the town].rp76226 wrote:Thank you. Is the town and parish indicated?
Maybe the town is Racalmuto or another town in the neighbours, because the last names Puma and Cutaja are very common in that zone.
