lapio avellino civil records online availability

i'm trying to find a marriage record in lapio avellino.time period 1814-1834.lds has the films but i've long stopped borrowing films as the cost of rental,actually shipping,has risen dramatically over the years.did that years ago and it became old hat and repetitious.also,the closest family history library is over 20 miles away.my local library,thanks to my interceding,is an associate library,meaning lds films can be viewed there.but their reader is virtually impossible to use,unlike the old boxlike but efficient readers that were found at the lds family history libraries years ago.and records for lapio still haven't been digitized for online access on their website.is anyone either currently researching in lapio at this time,and in this time period-or aware of any other possible sites that may cover lapio in this time period? nothing at all on the http://www.antenati@beniculturali.it website.any help or suggestions would be most appreciated.
