Finding living family

Can anyone recommend a reputable/good business for finding living relatives in Italy? I have started/stopped with 2 I found, and it seems just when you think you are getting somewhere, it is like you are bothering them to get work done. I was hoping someone used one they can refer me to in the hopes of not starting from square one again and get to a point where I hit the brick wall again. I have a lot of research done already and even some old letters with addresses so it really would be someone going onsite to the village and doing some research in the commune and simply determining if family is still there.
