I thought that allegati records add new information, but I see nothing new here. Why have it?

That does not add any new info.
It is just the message sent to the Parson of town to inform him that a baby was born, asking him to send it back after baptism, so that an annotation could be written in the birth record (in fact, it is on the right side of the birth record).
We can deduce that ALL were held to be Christian...
