Trying to translate processetti document

Hi all - I'm currently transcribing the documents in a marriage "processetti" foglio from the town of Civitaquana (PE) in 1837, and I came across a document I've never seen before. The marriage record lists this is as "l'atto di procura del padre della sposa". The couple getting married are

Zopito Palumbo, son of Egidio Palumbo and Antonia de Dominicis, and
Domencia Trabucco, daughter of Vinislao Trabucco and Elisabetta Ciarfella

"Procura" seems to mean "power of attorney" but I'm not sure if there's more to the document than just that. Here are links to the document. Any ideas? Thanks for the help!

Statement with which the spouses Vincislao Trabucco (son of the late Vincenzo, peasant) and Elisabetta Ciarfella (daughter of the late Domenicantonio, peasant) give their consent to the marriage of their daughter Domenica with Zopito Palumbo, son of Egidio and Antonia De Dominicis.
