An "atto di nascita" is the document written by the Registrar of Town stating th birth.
"Allegati" are the possible documents that were provided as an evidence of the birth. For instance the declaration of an hospital, in case a baby was born there, or a note from another Commune, for babies born out of the residence of parents, or notes written by responsibles of orphanages, in case of children left "at the wheel".
