Hi Dolores

This record is dated March 16, 1878 at 2:15 P.M. in Frigento,
Appearing was Angelo Michele Stanco, age 22, peasant/farmer in the town. He reported that, at 3:40 P.M. on the 15th of the current month, in the house at #12 Contrada Stepara, his wife, Filomena Nudo, a peasant/farmer living with him, gave birth to their daughter, being given the name Maria Giuseppa (Stanco). Witnesses to the declaration of the birth, and presentation of the infant, were Marciano Nudo, age 48, and Carmine Flammia, age 63, both peasants in the town. The document was signed only by the town official, as the others were illiterate.

oops! spelled the street name incorrectly. Left out the r. Should be Contrada Sterpara. I know we've seen it before.

You're very welcome, Dolores.

Dolores
You replied so quickly that I didn't get a chance to edit my post. Glad I caught the mistake, as I wrote it out on paper first and had the street name spelled correctly there.
Hope all's well in the Boston area.

It seems to have arrived where I am too, Dolores, but since I just got back from Florida where it was really hot, and the Caribbean and the island beaches, it was rather cold when I walked my three miles plus early this morning. I do love the Fall and the Spring though.
