There's a Francesco D'Orio on the top of the right hand page. I was looking on that one. Is that even their marriage certificate?

It's a standard expression, following is a word by word translation:
On day twentyone January onethousand eighthundred seventyone 1871.
I, here undersigned Parish Priesat, after posting to the people the due banns during three holidays, without getting any canonical impediment and after receiving the decree from the Bishop's office signed by the general vicar D. Marrcantonio Sorrentino, (I) united in marriage, according the rite ofg the sacred Trento Council, my godsons Francesco d'Orio and Maria Giuseppa de Siano in the presence of Gennaro Asprea and Domenico Mattera.
On day twentyone January onethousand eighthundred seventyone 1871.
