Here is the marriage notification. I found the baptism record you have translated along with marriage documents in the same folder. So it seems to be the same person.
Since in 1843 Caterina Lentini was 21 years old, she was born about in 1822. And since the baptism certificate is in the same folder, I suppose that the bride (born in 1822) was named after a sister (born in 1808 and died in childhood)... and that the priest did a mistake, writing a wrong certificate.
That's weird! The Baptism certificate was issued in 1845, therefore should not pertain to a marriage notification date 1843! And the baptism date is definitely 1808... I agree with Marcello that the priest wrote the wrong certificate, but he also wrote it 2 years after the marriage...
Are all of those document online? Could you give us the link?
The records are not online. I obtained them from microfilm. I have a lot of records of the family and children Pasquale and Maria Cupito had and there are no other Caterina's who were born earlier that I found. Perhaps the date the record was written is 1843 ? it would be consistent with date of wedding etc

On the NOTIFICATION of marriage you posted above the year has been changed... It looks like it could read 1842 and not 1843
That would make Livio's date of 1842 accurate
