Translation help for marriage document

First time at this site and just found my grandparents marriage document. Anyone who could help translate would be greatly appreciated.

Dated 1 September 1923 at 4:05 PM at the town office in Motta di Livenza
Before the official…. Appeared
1 – Girolamo Foresto, age 24, peasant farmer, born in Brazil, S. Paolo, residing in Motta, son of deceased Matteo who resided in Motta in his lifetime; and of Rosa Serafin residing in Motta.
AND
2 – Erminia Dalcin, age 18, housewife born in Pasiano, residing in Motta, daughter of Bartolo residing in Pasiano, and of deceased Carolina Santin(?) who resided in Pasiano in her lifetime.
Witnesses to the record: Giovanni Nardi, 45, clerk; and Pietro Momesso, 64, clerk.
Documents presented were:
- Certificate of publication of the banns of marriage in this town and in Pasiano on 2 Sundays, the 12th and 19th August of the current year, no opposition. Present to give consent was the mother of the groom and the father of the bride.
The official read the act to the participants and they signed with him.

The signatures of the groom and the bride are on the record. :D
