Trirre, need help with translation

Post by ssorbara »

Could use help with translating the birth record for my great great grandmother Carmela Trirre born 1872. Looking for any details that can be ascertained from the document. Parents, mid wife, occupations, years etc.

On June 4 1872 in the City Hall of Catania appeared Giovambattista Trirré son of Emmanuele, aged 26, trader, living in Catania, Strada dell'angelo custode, who presented a baby female and declared that she was born, in the above mentioned house, to his legitimate wife Carmela Molino daughter of Stefano, he also declared to name his daughter Carmela.
A side note states that Carmela died in Catania on May 25 1954
