The document is a copy of the request made by Sofia Falerno to the tribunal of Troia to get the consensus to her marriage with Alfonso Esposito. Sofia was minor (under 21 years of age) and her parents where unknown and therefore the consensus to the marriage had to be given by the court

I wasn't aware of the purpose of this document thank you again for advising.

I know that this document is several pages long, but if anyone has the time and doesn't mind doing it, I'd really like to have it transcribed into typed Italian. I've tried deciphering all of the word, but my Italian vocabulary isn't sufficient.
