I am an American currently in Rome for a holiday and recieved the attached note under my door today. I have no idea what it is saying, outside of please, Christmas, etc. Not sure if it is good or bad but would love any help translating. I couldn't understand the writing well enough to use google translate.
"Please tell your clients not to leave the s h o e s on the landing and, at least at Christmas, clean the doormat and the door handle. Thanks, Your neighbors."
