Help with a handwritten birth act

I would be appreciate for help with the following handwritten birth record for Celestina Caprera of Serradifalco.

What I have been above to determine thus far is:
On the 9th of March at 9:??AM appeared Concetta Digretorio, 57, a midwife, who presented a female baby.
I'd like to verify the above information and find out the time AM of the birth, the date of the birth, the street where the birth took place, the witnesses. Also I want to verify that it was the town official who gave the baby her first and last name.

Hi Biff! :D

This is what I see...
Dated 9 March 1875 at 9:18 AM at the town office.
Presented by Concetta Di Giugno, 50, midwife, Receiver of the abandoned (Ricevitrice di Proietti) in this town.
She presented a female child who appeared to be about one day of age, who it appears was found at "the wheel of the abandoned of this town" at about 3:30 AM (ore antimeridiane tre e minuti trenta nella pubblica ruota di proietti di questa Comune) sited at Via Sperrazza #44. (I believe the address is that of the Ruota.)
The official gave the child the name Celestina and the surname Caprera.

Concetta Digiugno (one word). I do not read that she was a midwife...

I wanted to pass along a big thank you from the great great granddaughter of Celestina and her father for translating the birth act, and also to Livio for his editing of the letter I drafted a couple of days ago which they have mailed to potential relatives in Italy.
