That could be 'uncle Jackie'...not sure. I know my grandfather (without the 'v' in his name) was called Jack and/or Jake, too. It's certainly worth looking into, thank you! I've not come across that piece of info...it's sometimes frustrating, but not something I can give up on. :)

PippoM....I thought I answered your post, but maybe not. If 'Uncle Jackie' WAS a cousin, it's possible that the Antonio Lori listed as my grandfather's uncle is Jackie's father....and even though my grandfather was often called Jack or Jake, it never occurred to me that Jack Lori would be the same...definitely worth looking into, and thank you, because it never would have occurred to me. No record this particular Antonio Lori yet, though, but it gives me something. :)

Unfortunately, there are no records online for Montegallo...
I also had a look fo Peter Lappa...I saw there are various: are you sure about parents' names?
