Residence when my Mother was born

I am trying to find where my Grandparents lived when my Mother was born. She was born on January 17, 1925 in Tarsia Costanza. Her name is Lillia Rizzo born to Dominick and Catherine Rizzo. We will be traveling to Tarsia in September 2024.

You will have to write directly to the town. There are no online records for the town for 1925.
