Re: Angelicola/Innaimo surname in Celenza, Foggia

Hi,
Couldn't resist answering your inquiry since I am doing research at Family History Center (LDS, Mormons). The Innaimos and Angelicolas intermarried. They both are associated with Celenza Valfortore and Carlantino(a separate smaller town about 2 miles away). One intermarriage was my grandfather ...

Re: Angelicola surname in Celenza, Foggia

Sorry, I have no information source for you on your question but I might suggest a good source for contact with Celenza public records.

Go to celenzaheritage.com and there are a variety of options there. You can post a question in the guestbook.

Re: SS Canopic 1903

Thanks for all your help wldspirit and pink. Looks like naturaliazation papers that were certified some 25-30 years after immigration are incorrect for date of arrival and/or ship. In 1910 census(found with great difficulty due to misspelling and near undecipherability), Antonio listed his arrival ...

I have run up against brick wall. I have searched Ancestry .com without paid subscription and can find no entry for grandfather, Antonio Iacovesso. According to naturalization papers which I have he arrived in Boston from Naples on April 22, 1903 on the SS Canopic. He was born 1885 in Caiazzo ...

Re: Angelicola surname in Celenza, Foggia and Waterbury, CT

Hello all. Taking the risk of adding more confusion to the relationships of the Angelicolas in Waterbury Connecticut, let me add a few facts as I know them. First, The Congress Avenue branch in the USA sprang from my grandfather Michele Angelicola married to Giovannina Innaimo born 1887 and ...
