Suanj,
Did you find a manifest from 1924 for Marco Oddis? The most recent that I have is for 1920 when he came to the port of Boston in the US. He ended up in Argentina in 1927.

Thank you Suang. I was thinking that he probably did not finish his naturalization in the US.

Thank you Suanj,
I do have the Ancestry.com US version and have found several records for Marco. I was hoping that the record in this collection would have a visa or passport number. Marco made more than one trip to the US from Italy and then moved to Argentina.

This may interest you! I had DiVirgilio relatives in Pitcairn. The first one here that I know of was named Ignazio DiVirgilio. I have also seen the family name spelled DeVirgilio. I have also seen reference to my ggf being in Latrobe,PA. The funny thing is that I live in the middle off each. Latrobe ...

Hi Merlinus187!
I am always excited to receive answers on my posts! Can you tell me where they were headed for in the US?
My family all came to a small area in western Pennsylvania.

immigration record prior to 1899 on Gaudenzio Oddis
Trying to track down an immigration record previous to the Oct 18,1899 that is on the Ellis Island site. The manifest from that date has a prior trip 10 years before (maybe around 1889). Would appreciate any help.

Looking for Old Photos of Pietransieri, Italy Pre 1950's
Asking any members to email me any old photos from Pietransieri or Roccaraso, Italy.
I have relatives there that are searching for any pre 1950's photos of the area.
The area was invaded by the Germans during WWII and most of the old family and country photos were destroyed. I'm posting this in the ...

Re: Funeral Card Origin
I checked on Westmoreland's e-services and found Leone Scaglione married Leona Iannerella on 11/21/1940.
I see on the death notice you found that the wife is listed as Leona Yeneralli Scaglione.
