Wikipedia shows that the Province of Bari has 46 towns. In the handwritten town name, it looks like the second and third letters are an o and an r. Looking through the Town names in Bari, the only one that looks like a possible match is Toritto.

Nimby, and anybody else that wants to look at this image, I rotated and fixed up the photo, but it's still difficult to decipher the handwriting. I am sure one of the bilingual experts from Italy will be able to figure out the names and the other details, such as Lorenzo's age, which I think is 30 ...

There is no such last name in Italy as "Azata". The name is almost certainly spelled Azzato.
Look at the part my chart of my sister-in-law's ancestors that has much info about the Pepe/Pepo family, and people named Azzato:
