The Concessio Mirarchi I have was born 12/08/1881 and died 12/12/1881.
He was the son of Rosario Mirarchi and Maria Teresa Gidaro.

Any help in translating this document would be greatly appreciated.

Does this document indicate why the family moved to Squillace and then back to Montauro? Was it common for couples who moved back to their home town to record the births from the town they were born in to the town where the parents lived? Why would the parents want to do that?

Perhaps the wife died first and therefore her photo was placed on the left side of the tombstone as a convenience for when the husband died and the photo of him would be placed along side of hers.
