In my research I see that a steamship with passengers from Genoa did in fact land in Boston on May 15th 1902 but I did not see my grandparents on the passenger list? Does anyone have any recommendations on other information or documents i could research for them?

Am i missing something, do you even need a 1948 case? Is this just because you're having a hard time scheduling through your consulate?

All the info I have on the two of them (that points back directly to their time in Italy) is:

Ida Drago born 25 Aug 1880 in Genoa
John Louis Drago born 7 Oct 1873 in Genoa
Married 25 April 1902 in Genoa
Arrived in Boston, MA on 15 May 1902 via steamship.
