Farafepatria, Chieti?

Hi friends,

I'm trying to locate the commune that a relative is from. His naturalization paperwork mentions "Farafepatria, Chieti, Italy," and "Farafepatia, Chieti, Italy." The ship manifest (Prinzess Irene, from Naples, 1907) mentions only "Fara." I have other documentation that indicates Chieti. My searches have indicated these other locations in Italy, but none of them sound quite right.

Fara Gera D'adda
Fara Filiorum Petri
Fara in Sabina
Fara San Martino
Fara Olivana con Sola
Fara Vincentino

Could anyone tell me where Farafepatria/Farafepatia is, or was?
