Old map for Ancient Address in Nicastro, Calabria

I am looking to locate my grandmother's birthplace. It was located at #23 Via Croci in 1889. Nicastro was combined with two other small towns in 1968 to become Lamezia Terme. I am looking to visit this area next year and would like to walk where she lived and prayed. The name of a near by church would also be helpful. Thank you.
