Maria married Vito Adragna, son of Leonardo Adragna and Rosa Fileccia. Not quite the Leonardo you were looking for but there are some common last names here.
Looking at the Quartuccio familyRosa's parents were born about 1834 so I wondered if her father, Giorgio, was possible a sibling of Giuseppa's but he isn't, so then I tried Rosa's grandfather Giuseppe b abt 1885 being possible siblings with Giuseppa's father Onofrio (b abt 1773 but it does not look like there is a connection there either.
I believe Vito Adragna (if born 16 jun 1879) and Giovanna Adragna (if born 14 may 1861) were siblings
Rosa Fileccia's father, Tommaso Fileccia (b. 1805 in Monreale), is the brother of my cousin's g-grandfather Ignazio Fileccia (b 1808 in Monreale), how is that for a connection. My cousin still lives in Piana. The Fileccia's orriginated in Monreale before comming to Piana.
I have Tommaso's wife as Giovanna Alerio/a
Looks like three brothers. Ignazio, Tommaso and Domenico Fileccia made their way to Piana some time around 1830, Domenico only shows one child born in Piana no other records so he may not have stayed there, the other two had lots of children.
