Hello again

After doing more research and talking to another researcher of Betchetti's in England it appears that Peter (b1805) was from Lucca.

Do you have any advice on how i can find out more information before he came to England?

Adam

Im looking for a Peter Betchetti born 1805 in Italy, who moved to england between this time and 1869.

i found peter betchetti in the 1871 england census and his marrage date was 1869, so i know he was in england by 1869.

Are all ship logs available and do they give the names of passengers, where ...

Does anyone know anything about this surname, its Betchetti in England i have been told that the Italian name is Becchetti.

Im looking for a Peter Betchetti born 1805 in Italy. Is this a common Italian name?

Can anyone give me some information?

Regards, Adam
