I have tried to upload the WW1 Draft Registration Card for Louis Diveto. Can't seem to get it on here. It does appear to say Rocco or Rocca, Piemont? Italy. I found a place northeast of Turin or Torino by this name on the road to Milan. Do you think this could this be where he is from?

Concordia or Concordina?
I have been trying to research my great grandfather for years with not much success. He was an orphan from Turin, Italy as far as we know. Even his name has been elusive. On his marriage certificate, it looks like Stefanos Concordina. He somehow aquired the name Joe Sefeno when he arrived in the US ...
