ive sent a letter 3 weeks ago to an archivio di statto in Ascoli Piceno to obtain il ruolo matricolare or registro di leva of my gp.
no answer yet,should i send them an email , insist on it or go somewhere else ? i just gave them the year of birth but not the exact date.
