It would be nice to see other opinions for this...
I've seen the 8bre, 9bre, Xbre... (Oct. Nov. Dec.)
But never an X before a surname...or an abbreviation of some kind... but then again... what century is this document from?
At first I thought it was Di Fiori, then Di Ziori, so then I started to look on the internet and found this...
"The letter X later became part of the Roman alphabet with a pronunciation of
ks or h or z."
Now I'm guessing DiZiori... or pronounced Deeksiori?
