Brooklyn
I already have the index card, but does anyone have access to the actual 1905 death certificates from Brooklyn, NY?
Re: Brooklyn
I'm assuming you're talking about this index? https://www.ancestry.com/search/collections/61535/
Looks like you'll have to reach out to the state to procure the actual death certificate. No way around it.

Re: Brooklyn
Yeah, now that I think of it, the index on Ancestry.com probably reports the pertinent information anyway.
Re: Brooklyn
you'd need to order the 1905 Brooklyn death certificate from the NYC Municipal Archives

Re: Brooklyn
The NYC Municipal Archives are your only options for the death certificate, but you may want to search the Brooklyn Newspapers at the following for a potential obit. = https://bklyn.newspapers.com/search/#

Dear Lettie,
Your post is somewhat lost here. It is better to start a brand new thread for this topic, that way it will get more focused attention.
