Crispi is the base surname for all the variations of the Crispi surname reflecting that it is an Italian surname. Crispigna is not even listed as a Variation, alteration,or derivation of the Crispi surname. The dictionary, however show Crispicino as local in origin or imported from abroad and means CRISTO(Christ).
