Can anyone tell me how to find a recent obit in Rome? A cousin contacted me who needs an obit of a 90+ yr old gentleman named Antonio Capone, address Via Ottone Rosai, 9-00125 Acilia - Roma who died in the middle of or the third week of Jan 2010. She gave me the name of his parents and his 2 living sons but I know nothing of Italian newspapers. I tried to surf "la Repubblica" but got lost very quickly. Any suggestions?
Thanks!
Linda

Unless the man was an important person in the town (like the Mayor) it is unlikely there was a published obituary.
Most Italians are buried within 24 - 48 hours after death.
