The phrase is LATIN folks and the Italian pronunciation would be like GIURO=JEWRO (Giuro means oath) =Peter=

Oh yes, I get it. Sanguine is blood in Latin. I know that from Mass. Oops!

Ius (or Jus) is the nominative form, Iure (Jure) is the ablative form.
Jus sanguinis = diritto di sangue = blood right
Jure sanguinis = per diritto di sangue = by blood right
