family mystery in Lammari/Lucca

Hello,
I am trying to find out the history of Maria Martina Frugoli (says Frullini on her NY passenger list) and her twin sister, Caterina Frugoli. They were born in Lammari/Lucca in 1930 and were brought over to the US by their mother, Emilia Castiglione (also spelled Castiglioni) Frugoli (born around 1907). Because the twins were born out of wedlock, much information has been buried, and I am curious as to whether anyone knows anything? I think their biological father was part of the Lenzora family? They also have an older half sister, Julia (Giulia?) who I can not find ANY information on, and I believe Emilia (their mother) was married to Giovanni (George) Frugoli (born around 1891) at the time of the affair. Please Please let contact me if you know anything!

Have you ever obtain any italian records of anyone to check to see if parents are listed on birth records
The records of Lammari a frazione(SUBURB OF Capannori) would be held in the comune of Capannori there are records on film of Registri dello stato civile di Capannori (Lucca), 1866-1935 at Family History Library births, marriage banns, marriages, deaths, ten year indexes, supplemental records. Theses records can be rented viewed and copied
