The surname Sttafino is not correct. You must give me the correct last name. Records in Italy, as you know,, are located in the town of origin. Please get the correct last name which could be Staffino, Stafino. You may wish to try www.paginebianche.it and put in both variations of the name in the first line and Liguria in the third line and see what comes up. Peter

The best I could do is come up with the surname STAFFINI in a town called Marina, Provincia Savona, Liguria. There are 4 persopns with that surname in Marina. Go to www.paginebianche.it and put in Staffini in the first line and Marina in the third line and click \"cerca\" below. The 4 persons with the full names,addresses and telephone numbers will appear. If I were you I would write all 4 persons with ONE (1) same letter and include a self addresssed envelope with your address to each one and ask them if they are related to your grasndfather and you. You can also write to the Ufficio di Stato Civile in Marina and ask for a birth record for your grandfather since you have his full name and date of birth. You can request this in a form letter which you can locate in www.italianancestry.com in part three under form letters (Calabrese section). Please get back to me if you need further assistance. ....in the first line you put the surname STAFFINI and in the third line you put Marina and then go below where it says \"cerca\" and click that.Peter
