Hello! I am looking for help with my husband's great grandmother.What we know about her-
Name: Emilia Grazia Fadale
Birth: 19 July 1908
Location: Galati, Messina, Siciliy
Death: 21 Jan 1995
Location: US

Father: Calogero Fadale (?)
Birth: about 1888
Death: before Aug 1910 in Italy

Mother: Francesca Calogera LaRocca
Birth: about 1884
Location: Messina, Sicily
Death: 18 June 1940
Location: Peekskill, NY

Any help with either the Fadale or LaRocca lines would be very helpful! I seem to be at a frustrating block on them.

Calogero Francesco Antonino Fodale born 26 Aug 1910 to parents Calogero Fodale (deceased) & Francesca Calogera la Rocca, 26

Guessing you have these since you know the father was dead by Aug 1910. He likely died in a nearby comune, does not seem to be in Galati. Similarly no marriage records here. Fodale/Fadale doesn't seem to be found very close by, perhaps they were from somewhere a a little farther west.

Francesca Calogera Larocca born 1 Oct 1883 to parents Carmelo Larocca, 31, and Grazia Drago, 27. Father's name confirmed by immigration record: https://www.familysearch.org/ark:/61903 ... cc=1368704

A familysearch profile has Calogero's parents as Francesco Fadale & Emilia Salieri and that he married Francesca Calogera Larocca in 1907, I'm not sure where this comes from as I have not found said marriage record.

Pasquale Fodale died 28 Jan 1900 in Patti age 27 son of Antonio Fodale & Rosa Donzi (deceased)

Antonio Fodale died 23 Dec 1907 in Patti age 65, parents unknown, married to Maria Marino

Had a brief look for Rosa's death and Antonio's remarriage but didn't turn anything up at first glance. Several years' indices are missing, complicating the search.
