Trying to find relatives in S. Biase, Catanzaro, Italy

Hello,
I plan to visit S. Biase this fall and would like to know if I have any relatives in the area.
My grandmother moved to the USA in 1919.
Her name was Raffeala Bernardo. Her mother's name was Giuseppina Rocco Bernardo.
Her father's name was Francesco Bernardo.
I would really like to find anyone from the Bernardo family that I might be related to.

There are several towns/villages called S. Biase. I do not find one in the province of Catanzaro. However, there is a village which is part of the town of Fiumefreddo Bruzio in the Province of Cosenza, which is in the region of Calabria. Catanzaro is also in the region of Calabria.

Here are the towns with that name that exist:
San Biase, Ceraso, Salerno (Campania) --
San Biase, Fiumefreddo Bruzio, Cosenza (Calabria) --
San Biase, Francavilla in Sinni, Potenza (Basilicata) --
San Biase, San Biase, Campobasso (Molise)

It is part of the town of Lamezia Terme.

In the Italian phone book (landlines only) there is one listing of surname BERNARDO in the village of Sambiase... and 33 listings in the surrounding towns and villages.
