My Great Great Grandfather John Sanguinetti is listed as born in viterbro tuscania italy October 1832 or 1835
He left Italy for the United States in 1853.

Hi,
Tuscania (or Toscanella) was at the time part of the Papal State.
So, the only source for vital records are Parish registers, and they are not online.
You'll have to turn to the local Parish.
