According to my notes, I think we found this one before and Riccardo ruled it out but we will wait for him to return and confirm.

He should have come thru the Louisiana port...but you never know, and I don't remember did the second manifest list his previous location in the US??
Even Suanj has tried to locate this manifest without much luck....it's been a tough one to find!!
