Need Help Reading an Italian Name

My great great grandfather was born in Turin, Italy about 1870. He immigrated in the mid 1890's and his Italian name became so distorted that we (his family) are unable to find records. The oldest record that I have is his marriage license..and the name is different on every line. It was written for him at that time because he was unable to read or write. He also had a very heavy Italian accent which made it difficult for American Record keepers to understand. I assume the name on the marriage license is the closest thing to the origional. Is there anyone who would be willing to take a look at this document and help me with what my grandfathers Italian name would have been?

His first name looks like CONCETTINA and last Stefheno maybe Steffano married Paula Smith

Another thing to consider is that if his name was copied from a document
written in Italy, many time the surname is witten first, then the given name.

Name wouldve been given verbally but in a Heavy Italian accent. I would think the name is written first then last because the wifes name is written first then last. All I can make is is something along the lines of Concordiano Stephano. I appreciate any and all input. Thank you all so much.

Really, this is one of those situations where anything is possible.

If you simply ask an American for his name, he will likely reply "John Smith".

However, if you ask the same question of an Italian - especially in a formal or official environment - he will probably reply "Smith John". It is the way things are done in Italy. The person doing the asking, perhaps not familiar with Italian names, might assume he was giving firstname-lastname. My grandparents are listed a US census under the name "Jessup" for exactly that reason - his first name was Giuseppe; apparently the census taker could not make heads nor tails out of the two names and decided the family name was Jessup and wrote my grandfather's real last name in the space reserved for first names. I located that census by going through the entire town census for that year, page-by-page.

I would go with Carmine on the Last name first and first name last.

I also believe his name might be Stefano Concordia.

Concordia surname is found in the North of Italy.

My cousin just shared a new story with me.. there was a story that Papa always told us about when Grandpa went to get a job in the mines. When they tried to get his name he kept telling them " G...I...O" like he was spelling it, have you heard that story
