Translation of birth record, please

Here is the link to the record my husband's grandmother's birth, also in San Lupo, Italy. I would sincerely appreciate a translation. Thank you in advance.

On Nov 8 1890 at 8:30AM in the Toewn Hall appeared Angelo Priscino 22yo who declared that on November 8 at 4:00PM (sic!), in the house situated in Via Garibaldi 100, his legitimate wife Concetta Mancini, gave birth to a female baby named Giuseppa.

There obviously is a mistake. Giuseppa maybe was born on the day 7, or on the 8th but at 4:00AM.

To make it even more confusing, other places her birth date is stated as November 9.

Can you translate any more of this? The last name is actually Pruscino.

Livio already gave you all of the vital info from the record. The only other info-both the declarant Angelo and his wife were contadini (peasants). She was living with her husband.

The two witnesses were Lorenzo Varrone, age 24, a civile (landowner) and Luigi di Blasio, age 72, a ferraro (blacksmith). I believe i previously explained to you in another thread about witnesses in these documents just being individuals who hung around at the town hall and served as witnesses as needed.

The witnesses and town official signed the present act, which the official had read aloud to all who had intervened. The declarant, Angelo Pruscino, did not sign, as he was illiterate.
