Locating birth,marriage records for Pozzengo, Italy

Hello,
I am looking for birth and marriage records for relatives of the area Pozzengo located near Mombello Monferrato of Alessandria, Piedmonte, Italy. I believe that these records would be housed with the Alessandria records. I cannot find another location for them to be and there are no separate records for this town as it is a village and small. could you help?

Dear Marty,
Thank you so much. I am looking for Pietro Louis Biginelli born 10 Apr 1880. I have his arrival from Ellis Island in 1904 from Mombello it states. His sister is Theresa Biginelli born 3 Feb 1892 and I have her arrival here in 1908 also. It says from Mombello also but other records I found say they were born in Pozzengo, Italy. I am looking for their birth certificates in Italy as well as the parents Silvino Biginelli and Angela Colli both born Pozzengo I believe and never came to states.

The other day I stumbled on this on family search- could these be the records I am looking for? It says Alessandria and small factions ? towns surrounding Alessandria.

Dear Marty,
Thank youso much for looking further for more records. I am most appreciative. What kind of records are these for Luigi Colli and for Luigia Sorisio. I know they were married to the prospective bride and groom and both died. I also noticed that Angela Marie Colli was once married to Luigi Colli and I was wondering if they were cousins as I thought Colli was Angela's maiden name.

Angela's maiden name was Colli, as she was the daughter of Giovanni Battista Colli and Maria Mongiano.
Luigi was the son of Lino, and Lucia ?
He died on May 13th, 1872

so, nothing is said about a possible relation

Salvino Biginelli was born on Sep 13th, 1844
Angela Colli Sep 23rd, 1853
