Hi, I need a bit of help again with this birth record for Gelsomina Coletta. Just the postal town name and what the side bar writing refers to.

The address I read is "Casale Martina".
The side note contains a double clerical error: it is about the marriage that took place on May 7, 128 (my guess is that a "9" is missing, for "1928"), when she married...herself!
