Italian court records from early 1900s
My trisnonno was an attorney in Catania and practiced law in the early 1900s. Have court records from that time period been digitized and are they publicly available? My family and I are trying to learn as much about him and his siblings as we can. If further information from me is needed to help, please don't hesitate to ask. Thanks in advance!

These would be notary records which are not normally includind in Family Search's digitizing activities at the State Archives. Notary records for the early 1900's would normally be found at the Tribunal Archives.

Thanks so much for the response! I'm assuming Tribunal Records are only accessible in person and wouldn't likely be found easily online?Italysearcher wrote: 15 Oct 2022, 12:10 These would be notary records which are not normally includind in Family Search's digitizing activities at the State Archives. Not on line for sure and I am not sure if you could search his court cases without a reason.

Almost every business has internal security. Information is digitized but requires consent or membership to view. This is important.
