Searching for Deluca family from Termini, Italy

I have been searching the Termini Imerese database that is online and have found my grandfathers father, Francesco Deluca who was born in 1881 in Termini also had a brother Antonino Deluca born 1865 and a sister Antonina born 1877. I knew they all immigrated to the US and settled in Troy, NY and NYC. I didn't know but found a sister Maria Deluca and it shows she was born in 1867 but no death notice. I figured she must have immigrated to the US also. Looking on Ellis Island found a Maria Deluca sailing on the SS Archimede on 16 February 1900. Below her shows my great grandfather, Francesco Deluca age 18 with her. What I need help with is there are lines going through the entries and some annotations on it that are 2x 25832 and something that looks like 1034? What does that mean does anyone know? Also, when looking at who they are going to meet in NYC it shows a brother but I can't make out the rest. Can anyone read what it says about brother Deluca etc? It had to be their brother Anthony that was already in NY but can't read where he was living. Any help would be great.

I think you are both right. The lines must mean that they did not sail for some reason in February but returned to sail out of Palermo in March 0f 1900 because the name of relative seems like it is exactly the address of the one on the previous manifest. The name Giuseppe name may be a middle name. His fathers name was Giuseppe Francesco Deluca so may be a reverse of that for his name. That is great! I am still trying to figure out this Maria Deluca also because no one in the family knows anything about a sister Maria and I can't find anything in any census after 1900 that would match her age in NY state. Maybe she married late in life (was 32 when she came over) and her name is under her husbands name? What a mystery!
