Papetti, Veroli Roma

Hello,
I am reasearching my Family and would appreciate any help. The family name is Papetti and are from Veroli, Roma. I have checked for the location but am confused as to were it is actualy located.
I have attached a document with name and location and belive it might be a birth certificate any help with the translation would be appreciated.

the Frosinone is province from 1927, so Veroli prior of 1927 was in Roma province..

The document is a inquiry (dated Nov 11, 1924) from the Municipality of Veroli to the Tribunal of Frosinone to understand if Graziano Papetti, son of [name of father cut of the left] and of Domenica Belli, born in Veroli Jily 31, 1909, may get a passport. On the bottom, right side, there is the stam with the clearance from the tribunal, dated Nov 13.
