Santacesaria/Bini Families Monopoli, Bari

[gminfla]

My greatgrandparents were Giovanni Santacesaria (b. Oct 16, 1875) and Giovanna Bini (b. Jan 10, 1882) born in Monopoli, Bari. I wrote letters to the Commune about six months ago asking for information on their births (parents names, etc.). I have not received any information from the Commune. Also, I tried looking at "Atti di Nascita" records at the Family research center. The records are almost illegible and do not necessarily list the parents. I was thinking of trying to write to a Catholic Church in Monopoli, but don't know which Church to write too. Any ideas?
