This is a birth record for concetta cantillo. Is the image ok to read or is it to blurry? Also, do records ever contain a home number for the address or is generally just the street name?
Any help with this record will be greatly appreciated.

A little blurry, but not impossible! 
On 3 December 1869(?) at 3 PM at the town hall in Montella appeared Calendario Cantillo, son of Rosario, age 34 (can't read occupation yet), born and residing in Montella, to present a female child born on 3 of December of the current year at 6 AM to his wife Generosa Carfagno, daughter of deceased Salvatore, age 29 and a spinner, living in Montella on Strada Sarlo(sp?) - no number given -
They gave the child the name Concetta Maria Carolina.
Witnesses to this presentation:
Nicola Sapio, son of deceased Giuseppe, age 40; and Pasquale di Pascale(sp?), son of deceased Giuseppe, 40; both were peasant farmers.
